Our goal is to generate work, to generate return for all, instead of profit for a few. He who generates work fairly paid to all, generates revenue.
An example? One day, a client offered, in addition to our fees, to give us a performance bonus.
This is what we answered:
“ Thank you very much, but the agency’s philosophy is not to be paid more than our work’s value. We, of course, do accept the bonus, on the basis that it will be reinvested for you, as work to be done, as new ideas and research for future needs…” By following these rules of conduct, we generate work, ideas and therefore, more revenues.
But we are judging no one, nor are we trying to moralize, we are here to work, to do our job to the very best of our abilities.
